A seasoned executive team directs Triton's rapid growth. Our leadership team brings together a wide, deep range of experience in Web retailing, domain acquisition, online marketing, content production, creative and programming.

 

Jesse Stein
Founder and Non-Executive Chairman

Jesse has founded, operated and sold multiple Internet-based ventures. His companies span a range of technologies and services, including online retailing, Web-based direct response, domain development, behavioral marketing and organic search optimization.

Most recently, Jesse started and ran an online direct-response company focused on developing and marketing health and beauty products. Within three years, Jesse and his team grew the business to $45 million in annual revenue and 150 employees. All aspects of product development, fulfillment and customer service were built and managed in-house. The companies created and launched 9 branded products and acquired over 950,000 customers. All customers were acquired via targeted pay-per-click and display advertising. The flagship product, Dermapril-SP, was one of the best-selling anti-aging skin creams in 2008. In 2009, Jesse sold a majority interest of the company to a direct-marketing conglomerate

Prior to that, Jesse bought and developed SportsMemorabilia.com. Starting from scratch and competing against multiple established competitors such as Steiner Sports and Dreams Inc., Jesse and his team transformed the domain into what is now the largest online retailer of authentic sports memorabilia, according to Alexa, Comscore and Compete.com. SportsMemorabilia.com today features over 130,000 products across 11 sports.

Before that, Jesse was Co-Founder and CEO of Soho Digital. Over a period of four years, he grew the Manhattan-based company into an interactive agency with 200 clients, 35 employees and $32 million in annual revenues. Clients included Delta Airlines, NBC, Starwood Resorts and AT&T Wireless. In 2004, he and his partners sold Soho Digital to an online media network funded by Insight Venture Partners.

Before his endeavors in the Internet, Jesse worked and lived in Tokyo for six years.

Jesse holds an MBA from The Wharton School, an MA in International Studies from the University of Pennsylvania's Lauder Institute and a BA, with Honors, in Sociology and Asian Studies from UC Santa Barbara.

 

Stefan Tesoriero
Chief Executive Officer

As Chief Executive Officer, Stefan sets overall strategy and leads day-to-day operations. Stefan's leadership and expertise in building e-commerce properties combine to drive the company's rapid growth and customer-centric culture. Over a period of five years, Stefan transformed SportsMemorabilia.com from a raw domain name into the Internet's leading memorabilia retailer. He oversees programming, marketing, supplier management, creative development, site optimization and customer service.

Prior to SportsMemorabilia.com, Stefan worked with the New York Islanders of the National Hockey League as the Marketing Manager. Stefan was responsible for direct-to-consumer messaging across online, print, radio and television. Before the Islanders, Stefan was part of Major League Soccer and Soccer United Marketing in New York City. While there, Stefan managed and grew relationships driving more than $10 million in sponsorship revenue. Stefan's accounts included Kraft Foods, RadioShack, Panasonic, Bally Total Fitness and Makita Tools, among others. Also during his tenure at MLS, Stefan played a key role in the development and integration of the league's Internet Network.

Stefan holds an MS in Sports Business from New York University and a BA from Binghamton University with a dual major in History and Philosophy, Politics & Law.

 

Michael Gallucci
Vice President - Operations

Most recently, Mike was the Vice President of Operations for SportsMemorabilia.com LLC, playing a critical role in building the company's sales, customer service and business-development divisions.

Prior to SportsMemorabilia.com, Mike worked in business development for Gallucci Associates, a New-York-based food service and real estate company owned and operated by Mike's family. The entrepreneurial spirit fostered by Mike's family encouraged him to venture out on his own, join SportsMemorabilia.com in its infancy and play a critical role in transforming the company from a half-baked business plan into the leading online memorabilia retailer.

A graduate from The Ohio State University, Michael holds a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management and Business. During his time at OSU, Mike was a member of the Ohio State Club Baseball team and continues his love for the game as he frequents amateur baseball leagues in South Florida.

 

Keith Zimmerman
Chief Technology Officer

As Chief Technology Officer, Keith leads the software development group and is responsible for advising the leadership team in the choice of technologies, platforms, and systems that will enable the company to achieve its goals. Keith successfully transformed a generic e-commerce website into a search engine optimized platform able to support the leading online memorabilia retailer that SportsMemorabilia.com is today.

Prior to SportsMemorabilia.com, Keith owned and operated a small software development firm which specialized in development of e-commerce websites and automation and integration of business software. In three years, he was able to grow his company from one person operating out of a home office to a successful business with 10 employees. Before that, Keith had a 9 year engagement as a member of a software development team which built a business management and accounting software package targeted at small businesses.

 

Cassandra Wesch
Director - Partnerships

Cassandra oversees all aspects of SportsMemorabilia.com's marketing.

Prior to SportsMemorabilia.com, Cassandra was the Director of Business Development for an early-stage direct-response Internet company. Cassandra grew and managed a marketing team that helped evolve the company into a $45MN-a-year online direct marketer with a portfolio of 9 branded health-and-beauty products.

Prior to starting her career in Online Marketing, Cassandra worked as an Account Executive at Full Spectrum Media, a full-service marketing firm. While there, she was responsible for establishing media relations and managing new and existing client accounts from a diversified portfolio of industries, including fashion, health, restaurant, technology and retail.

Cassandra holds a B.A. in Journalism from San Diego State University.

 

Stephen Clarke
Director - Search Engine Optimization

Since SportsMemorabilia.com's inception, Stephen has directed the company's SEO efforts.

Stephen is a pioneer in the search-marketing industry and an accomplished programmer. Over a period of eight years, he has led the SEO efforts for some of the biggest brands online, including Carnival Cruise Lines, Northwest Airlines, BellSouth and Wyeth Pharmaceuticals.

Prior to SportsMemorabilia.com, Stephen was Chief SEO Engineer at Avenue A | Razorfish, a leading interactive agency which was acquired by Microsoft. His SEO campaigns have been recognized through industry publications and awards. He holds a bachelor's degree from Colgate University.

 

Andres Yepez
Manager - Marketing

Andres manages SportsMemorabilia.com's customer-acquisition and partner-marketing efforts.

Prior to SportsMemorabilia.com, Andres was a member of the core executive team for a Web-based direct-response company. While there, he helped manage product development, fulfillment and financial planning across a portfolio of 9 branded health-and-beauty products. During Andres' tenure, he was responsible for upwards of $5 million in inventory resulting in $62 million of revenue over an 18-month period. Andres also played a key role in integrating departmental Standard Operating procedures (SOPs) for increased overall enterprise efficiency.

Prior to that, Andres worked for W.W. Grainger, Inc., a Fortune 500 company and a leader in the sales of industrial supplies. While there, he helped manage accounts such as Royal Caribbean, Norwegian Cruise Line and American Airlines.

Andres holds a BA from Florida International University with a dual major in Marketing and International Business.

 

Jimmy Cerminaro
Manager - Marketing and Merchandising

Jimmy manages vendor relationships, procurement, merchandising, pricing and newsletter marketing. His in-depth knowledge of sports and Internet Marketing has contributed to the significant growth of the business since joining the team.

Prior to SportsMemorabilia.com, Jimmy worked as a Project Controls Engineer for Bechtel Corporation. His experience included work on projects such as AT&T Wireless and the Miami International Airport Expansion.

Jimmy holds a B.A. in Economics from The College of William and Mary where he also starred as an All-Conference Free Safety for the Tribe's football team. He remains active today, competing in local football, basketball, and baseball leagues throughout South Florida.

 

Jane Tesoriero
Vendor Acquisition and Development

Jane joined the SportsMemorabilia.com team during its early development as Customer Relations /New Business Development Manager and Sales.

Jane hails from an entrepreneurial background; her parents each owned and operated their own businesses. Prior to joining SportsMemorabilia.com, Jane successfully owned and operated two retail businesses in Westhampton, New York.

After selling both of her businesses, Jane was involved in the cosmetics industry in New York City as European Export Coordinator for a private label cosmetics and skin care company. Her responsibilities included: international distributor oversight and management, as well as marketing. Jane is fluent in Italian, and thus focused primarily on the Italian market.

Jane currently focuses on Vendor Acquisition and Development. Along with Jane's daily vendor responsibilities, she is active in client sales as well as corporate events for banks, casinos and other organizations.
