Founder and Non-Executive Chairman
Jesse has founded, operated and sold multiple Internet-based ventures. His companies span a range of technologies and services, including online retailing, direct response, domain development and organic search optimization.
Most recently, Jesse co-founded SportsMemorabilia.com and served as the company’s Executive Chairman. Starting with a raw domain and competing against multiple established competitors, Jesse and his team built the business into the premier source for authentic sports memorabilia. In 2013 the company was sold to Fanatics, the largest online retailer of licensed sports merchandise.
Prior to that, Jesse started and ran an online direct-response company that developed and marketed health and beauty products. Within three years, Jesse and his team grew the business to $45 million and 150 employees. The company created and launched 9 branded products and acquired over 950,000 customers. The flagship product, Dermapril-SP, was one of the best-selling anti-aging skin creams in 2008. In 2009, Jesse sold the company to a direct-marketing conglomerate.
Before that, Jesse was Co-Founder and CEO of Soho Digital. Over a period of four years, he and his team grew the Manhattan-based company into an interactive agency with 200 clients, 35 employees and $32 million in revenue. Clients included Delta Airlines, NBC, Starwood Resorts and AT&T Wireless. In 2005, he and his partners sold Soho Digital to an online media network funded by Insight Venture Partners.
Before his endeavors in the Internet, Jesse worked and lived in Tokyo for six years.
Jesse is a member and on the Executive Committee of Young President’s Organization (YPO) and was a finalist for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award in South Florida.
Jesse holds an MBA from The Wharton School, an MA in International Studies from the University of Pennsylvania’s Lauder Institute and a BA, with Honors, in Sociology and Asian Studies from UC Santa Barbara and Sophia University in Tokyo, Japan.

Paul is an internet-marketing veteran who has started and exited multiple digital businesses.
Most recently, he co-founded an online products company that developed and marketed health and beauty offers via online direct-response channels. Paul and his team grew the company to $45 million, 150 employees and 950,000 customers. In 2009, the company exited to an online direct-response conglomerate.
Prior to that, Paul Co-Founded Tidal Research, a full-service organic search firm with Agency of Record relationships with large brands such as Orkin Pest Control and Sandals Resorts.
Before that, Paul was Co-Founder of Soho Digital. Over a period of four years, he and his team grew the company into an interactive agency with 200 clients and $32 million in revenue. In 2005, Soho Digital sold to a portfolio company of Insight Venture Partners.
Paul holds a BA in Philosophy from Pepperdine University.
Chief Technology Officer
At Triton, Andy translates high-level business ideas into fully functioning enterprise applications and web properties. His educational and professional background combines technology and the arts, giving him the ability to effectively architect applications in a way that optimizes for both usability & functionality.
Prior to Triton, Andy was with Equisolve, a service and technology company which manages the digital presence of both public companies and investor relation firms. While there, he built an enterprise-level content management & real-time financial data system while also designing and developing over 150 websites in 4 years.
His interest in the arts stems from his musical background and was fueled by his time at Beasley Broadcast Group, where he worked on contests and promotional sites for nationally recognized names such as Burger King, Outback Steakhouse and Old Navy. While there he also designed and developed leading radio station intranets and publicly accessible web properties.
Andy holds a BS in Interactive Media Design from The Art Institute.
Director – Search Engine Optimization
Since SportsMemorabilia.com’s inception, Stephen has directed the company’s SEO efforts.
Stephen is a pioneer in the search-marketing industry and an accomplished programmer. Over a period of eight years, he has led the SEO efforts for some of the biggest brands online, including Carnival Cruise Lines, Northwest Airlines, BellSouth and Wyeth Pharmaceuticals.
Prior to SportsMemorabilia.com, Stephen was Chief SEO Engineer at Avenue A | Razorfish, a leading interactive agency which was acquired by Microsoft. His SEO campaigns have been recognized through industry publications and awards. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Colgate University.
